Summary:
The Industrial Power Systems Division has an exciting opportunity for current agency employees to convert to a permanent Order-to-Delivery (OTD) Assembly and Logistics Associate in Griffin, Georgia.
As an OTD Assembly and Logistics Associate, you will become a member of the team that lives daily the team culture, understands and accepts plant policy, procedures, and practices.

Operate and maintain an environment that is safe and clean Adhere to established standards, policies and procedures relating to quality, cost reduction, safety, ergonomics, attendance, quality of work life, IS09000 certification, and audits Spend 95% to 100% of the time producing quality product Perform other duties as required What you will have:
Be a current agency employee working at the Perkin's facility in Griffin, GA Good communication skills, both verbally and written Meet local facility's disciplinary and conduct guidelines for converting to a fulltime Caterpillar employee Must be able to work overtime as required What would make you a top candidate:
Strong attendance and performance record Advanced communication skills Proficient understanding and demonstration of job functions related to the assembly of engines and/or of warehouse job functions Shifts 1st Shift :
