This is full time position and the candidate will be expected to learn multiple jobs to ensure that the production process runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality.
The position offers full time employment, which includes our standard benefit package for medical, dental, 401K with match, quarterly bonus, profit sharing, and paid vacation.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Operate and monitor production equipment.
Ability to learn multiple jobs and perform them safely and effectively.
Read and interpret detailed procedures and follow them accurately.
Participates in the setup of the machine during product changeovers.
Performs general housekeeping in designated or other assigned areas.
Ability to take information from a daily production schedule and apply to production requirements.
Support facility in meeting departmental goals in safety, productivity, quality and continuous improvement.
Ability to identify problems, determine root cause and assist with resolution.
Ability to work any shift, extended hours with minimal notice, and work weekends when needed.
Any other duties or tasks as may be assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS High school education or GED required Basic mathematical skills.
Basic computer skills.
Must be able to stand and work for multiple hours at a time, climb stairs and ladders, and the ability to lift over 50lbs.
Must be able to work alternating shifts, including weekends when needed.
Must be able to pass Company Drug and Alcohol Free Workplace pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.
